Shop Fittings

If i decide to open a shop and the fixtures and fittings are lower than the specification agreed how should?

i proceed againts the people that have put the fixture and fittings in, would they be sussesful or not. what would be the relevant legislation, courts and cases

1. You would have to bring a case against the contractors or suppliers in the civil courts.......Basically you sue them ! Depending upon the amounts involved would decide on whether you end up in the small claims court or higher......Go and see a solicitor now as without one you would probably have your pants pulled down. Try talking to the contractors first to see if they will play ball......If not.......Then off to the courts it is. Good luck
