how can I design a professional clothing catalogue with the use of mannequins? find cheap publisher/designer? I intend to set up a small catalogue business, we will be selling contemporary clothes. At the moment as we are starting up we have a tight budget. I need to find a way to design/publish the catalogue sp that it looks professional.

I know you have to put money in to get something worthwhile, but for now (as I'm not a serious designer and have no plans to go into design) I would like to find something hopefully under $100.
